This 41-day fast is a devoted time, set apart for seeking the face of God, for He is the River, and all your resources are found in Him. Each day you will read a Bible lesson, Scriptures, and then journal in the writing space from the prompt. Then, there is a prayer that will lead you in praying over your heart and over your husband. This time of fasting and praying will usher a sanctified time for you and your King Jesus. Allow Him to have everything you are about and hope for so that you can receive what He has for you. In these 41 days, you will learn about contentment, purpose, prayer, shedding the things that you don’t need, and much more.

My personal journey for writing this book came from time spent in my prayer closet: just me and the Lord. He spoke to me daily, and I committed to writing this devotional out of obedience, as He directed my steps. With no former publications, the Holy Spirit qualified me to publish this book. When I was in college, I didn’t understand why the Lord didn’t want me to finish pursuing my pastoral credentials, but as He confirmed the reasons all throughout my life up to this publishing, it was evident that HE wanted to get the glory instead of me. I adore how my Jesus used a nobody like me, just like Noah and Moses, just like Joshua; to lead from a place of boldness because of the voice of the Lord. And that is more than enough!
